Inside Sales Representative

This position will assist with the general office and warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with customers via phone and email
• In-person communication with customers as needed
• Completing various customer requests
• Fill orders and help in the warehouse as needed
• Research products based on customer needs and requests
• Coordinate fulfillment of orders with multiple vendors to ensure the customers’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail
• 2 years’ experience in an inside sales position is a plus
• Knowledge of pipe, fittings, and valves
• Warehouse knowledge
• Forklift experience a plus
• Above average written and oral communication skills
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
